We ordered this for my wife to replace him with a backpack loved for years and finally bit 'the dust when the zipper broke. Initially, we tried to find an exact replacement, but that proved impossible, this model has not been produced for years. Based on the description, pictures and reviews here, we ordered this Fat-Boy and the Teton Bookbag Backpack.

Be aware that (apart from some minor differences in color design, hinges, seams, etc.)These two pockets are virtually identical, apparently produced in the same factory in China. After examination of the two, we went with the fat boy, mainly because of the color and what we mean by connections bit 'heavier. Frankly, I think it would be quite satisfied with the Teton.

I am pleased to report that my wife is very happy with the fat boy. She is a graduate student and he used to carry around books, notebooks, lunch, snacks, and other routineBack and forth from home to school. (The laptop has a briefcase.) The fat boy is heavy and even with many functional services and functions, in particular the design of mobile-phone pocket on the front of the shoulder strap, which she loves. In short, this backpack is so good that it is easy, the shadow of the memory of their old. Highly recommended.
