The Kelty Cloud Backpack uses Spectra fabric with Kevlar thread reinforcements to maintain durability while keeping a low 4lb 7oz weight. Load up the massive 86L of cargo space for the approach to base camp, then take off the three large cargo pockets to save weight and cut down on space for an alpine-style push. You can also remove the lid and waist-belt to shave even more weight from this Kelty pack when youre on a highly technical climb where grams count. Kelty added gear loops to hold your crevasse-rescue kit during glacier travel, and a well-padded suspension system to keep you comfortable when youre really loaded down.
