Perfect! I'm 5' 100lbs. It's damn hard to find anything that will fit me, much less a hydration pack to run in. I bought this pack to train with for a 50k. Just got in from a 10 miler and am very pleased with it. It fits snug without having to cinch it down all the way. Very little lateral movement on the back, or bouncing on the shoulders. I was wearing just a sports bra and got a little spot of chafing on my lower back, nothing compared to my other pack (REI Stoke19), and zero chafing on the shoulders.

Had it loaded to 5lbs with gear and 50oz water bladder. Took about 3 miles to adjust it just right; by mile 7 I didn't even know it was back there.
